In March, the motorcycle export was up monthly but slightly down yearly. This month, the volume reached 623,000 units, up 57.8% than that of last month, but down 2% from the previous year. To be specific, the export of two-wheeled reached 595,000 units, down 1.1% year on year. The exports of three-wheeled were 27,000 units, down 17.7% year on year.
For the first quarter, the accumulated exports of motorcycles reached 1,670,000 units, down 9.7% year on year. The decrease rate narrowed 4.1 percentage points comparing with the first two months.
