In January, the motorcycles witnessed decline monthly but growth yearly. This month, the production and sales reached 1,491,000 and 1,476,000 units, down 3.7% and 2.4% than that of last month. Comparing with last January, the production and sales were up 20.4% and 12.1%. To be specific, the production and sales of two-wheeled reached 1,351,000 and 1,335,000 units, up 22.9% and 13.3% year on year. The production and sales of three-wheeled were 140,000 units and 141,000 units, up 0.8% and 1.9% year on year.
